Breakfast Alone

Curious, I've been waking up before the sun rises---before my two loves wake up. So I make a warm drink, coffee, tea, depends on what my stomach is hankering for. I read. I talk to God. I go outside and pick some edibles. I listen to the birds twitter and sing.

Looks like today is a frittata kind of morning...

(I picked some rainbow chards to put in the lunch menu)

beautiful and healthful...that's how I like it

threw in some blueberries and brewed some tea

this should tide me over till the two rise from their slumber

Eating breakfast in solitude is quite refreshing.
